Hello.

Why this blog exists and what to expect. If you read one post, read the sovereign fabric one — everything else is a footnote to that argument.

I'm starting this blog because the work has gotten interesting enough that the product pages can't carry all of it. Vera, Veya, Trevi — each is a piece of a larger argument about how sovereign AI infrastructure should be built, and an argument deserves more than a marketing matrix.

The canonical statement of that argument is the sovereign AI fabric. Read that one first; everything else here will be a footnote to it.

What to expect

  • Design principles. The rules I won't break and why I won't break them.
  • Architecture. How the pieces fit, where the boundaries are, what I considered and rejected.
  • Opinions. Where the industry is wrong, where I might be wrong, and what convinces me either way.

The format

Short posts. Plain HTML on GitHub Pages — no Substack, no Medium, no algorithm between us. No newsletter, no comments, no analytics dashboard. A single first-visit log to my own bucket so I can tell whether anyone is reading; that's it.

If you want to talk about something, my email is at the bottom of every page.
